About Leigh

Leigh Crane-Freeman

After graduating from Oklahoma State University, Leigh worked on the air and in news writing for several television stations in Oklahoma and Texas. Later, she owned and operated a full-service marketing and advertising business where she wrote and created everything from television commercials and DVDs to newspaper and radio ads and press releases, hundreds of brochures, seminars, and presentations. She also created a marketing plan tailored to the needs of small-to-medium sized businesses which was later purchased and used by the State of Oklahoma.

In the past 15 years, she has written a variety of freelance articles for a number of publications, and in the last five years she started writing books. She enjoys writing about anything that is interesting and compelling.

However, during her time in television, and in her own business, Leigh’s most favorite thing to do was to create and edit videos. This used to be much more inconvenient and difficult than it is now, but in the past two or three years, technology has made it possible to create and edit videos from a personal desktop, right in one’s home, even if they live on a ranch, in the country, in the middle of nowhere. With that in mind, Leigh began making videos of stories and topics that interest her, and you will find a number of those on this web site as well.

Leigh lives with her family in the Panhandle of Oklahoma.
